Implementation methods, demonstration and Work&Study

Implementations: Contact, Online, Demo and Work&Study

If you already meet the learning objectives of this course, you can demonstrate your knowledge. You can do this by taking the DEMO implementation, which you need to sign up for through PEPPI.

For your demonstration, you must create a video showing how the basics of teamwork and project management can be applied in practice. The video should include the key concepts and project management methods. In the video, you will need to combine theory and practice. Detailed instructions can be found on Moodle for the DEMO implementation.

Intro

Working in a team and managing a project are basic skills in today’s work and study environment. In a well-functioning team 1+1 becomes more than two and diversity is perceived as a strength. In this course, you will learn to participate effectively and responsibly in multi-cultural teams and projects. You will acquire skills for handling challenging situations in teams and you will be able to execute projects related to work or studies. In this course, among other objectives, you will learn how to set objectives for a project, how to write a project plan and how to develop teamwork. You learn more about yourself by analyzing team working methods and team role tests. A human being learns in interaction with others, so this course will benefit you throughout your life.
