Intro

Fundamentals and the future of tourism and hospitality provide the foundation for all of the other tourism and hospitality-related courses in the degree program. The tourism and hospitality industry is expanding in many countries around the world, and understanding the evolution, and the components of the industry, as well as the system within which it operates, is increasingly important in order to develop the future of the industry.

Learning blog with learning assignments and reflection 100 %
Assessment of the learning assignments during the course with grades and assessment rubrics on Moodle. Also, general feedback.

The students must pass all parts of the course and to submit all the assignments in the learning blog/portfolio on time. One grade point is deducted from each possible late submission.

Assessing one’s own learning is a compulsory part of the course.
