Schedule
Contact sessions in calendar weeks 3, 5, 7, 10, 13, 15, 17 and 19. There is a separate schedule for distance assignments and self-studies.
Implementation methods, demonstration and Work&Study
Depending on the implementation, learning takes place in contact and/or virtual lessons and workshops and independent studies. The course can be completed in four different ways: 1) through your own company, 2) through an existing company, 3) through an RDI project or 4) by joining a team of fellow students.
Recognition of prior learning (RPL)
If students have acquired the required competence in previous work tasks, recreational activities or on another course, they can show their competence via a demonstration. The demonstration must be agreed with the course teacher. Teaching methods and instruction
8 contact sessions, including 2 coaching sessions otherwise independent studying including case studies and excercises.
Working life connections
There is cooperation with companies in the learning assignments and the student can utilize his/her own company or connect the assignments in learning assignments from RDI projects.

Internationality
The experiences and working environments of the students bring an international aspect to the course. International aspects can also be seen in the cases, books, articles and assignments that are been used in the course.
Completion alternatives
If the student has achieved sufficient skills e.g. through previous jobs, hobbies or in other courses, he/she can demonstrate his/her prior learning and pass the course faster. Please check MyNet or the web-site for further instructions for RPL process.

Grading scale of 1-5 will be used in the course in such a way that the points earned will be added together and the total amount of points will determine the final grade according to the following scale:

The student must get a passing grade at least from three assessment items, meaning at least 40% from each item points.
