Schedule

The timetable will be built together on the first meeting related to your needs about how many times you want to meet. Then we will build the right schedule from our calendars together with your coach.

Implementation methods, demonstration and Work&Study

Contact, online and nonstop.
Coaching course includes 1-5 coaching sessions and student’s individual assignments between the sessions. Course implementation can be either individual or group coaching.

If you have acquired the required competence in previous work tasks, recreational activities or on another course, you can show the competence with a demonstration and progress faster through your studies.

We will give you recommendations to read or watch online based on your needs on each meeting / session.

Teaching methods and instruction

Welcome to the SUS Coaching course! This course can be completed with a scope of 1-5 ECTS credits, and you can choose the extent of your completion. Completing one credit's worth involves one meeting with a coach, completing tasks assigned by them, reflecting on the knowledge gained in the process, and writing a learning diary.

Individual goals and contents are agreed upon with the coach during the first meeting.

At the beginning of the course, you will define your individual objectives to enhance entrepreneurship readiness with your coach. These may include:

Improving your entrepreneurial and business competencies
Advancing your business idea and business model using appropriate tools and approaches
Identifying the right stakeholders and making an action plan
Evaluating and developing the business model and planning the next steps.

Learning assignments

Prepare for the first coaching session by being ready to discuss and share everything about your business idea. If you have any material already prepared, you can show it during our first meeting. The goal is to understand your idea during the first meeting and build a suitable study path for you together. Remember that the course is 1-5 ECTS credits in scope. You can choose the extent of your completion. Completing one credit's worth always involves one meeting with a coach, completing tasks given by them, writing a learning diary, and reflecting on the knowledge gained in the process. Please mention your preferences during our first meeting.

At the end of the Coaching course, you will submit a learning diary, the extent of which depends on how extensively you have chosen to complete the course.

Assessment methods

The implementation will be assessed with your coach based on how you have completed the tasks agreed upon in the meetings and what kind of learning diary you return. The assessment will be on a scale of 1-5.
