Teaching methods and instruction

This is a CONTACT BLENDED implementatiion and it includes classroom hours and learning tasks. Some learning tasks may be done during classroom hours. The implementation is aimed at hospitality management and culinary management students, which means that the contents and exercises may be degree specific.

Working life connections

The topics of the course are related to working life and the hospitality and tourism industry.

Internationality

The topics of the course familiarize with practices in English-speaking countries and English-language communication as part of today's Finnish working life.
