Intro
In the course, you will learn how to use BI-tools, create dashboards and reports. The course introduces data model and data editing concepts in BI- reporting. Hands-on class exercises are introduced to illustrate how reports can be constructed and distributed to end users.

3) The course will be in collaboration with our partner institution Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences during Intensive Week 2 (January 5–10, 2026). Participation in intensive week 2 requires travel to Germany and attendance at a virtual pre-meeting(s) in December, according to the provided schedule. Studies will also take place on Saturday, January 10, 2026, due to Epiphany (January 6, 2026) being a public holiday in Germany. Haaga-Helia travel compensation (79 euros per study day) may apply. Students will be accepted to the course based on Haaga-Helia’s International Study Office selection criteria.
Internationality
Priority will be given to:
Students who have not previously participated in international mobility or a student exchange
Students who have not received a grade in the course Johdon talousraportointi (Business Intelligence) ECO006AS3A (5 cr) — applicable to TRALI students
Students majoring in Accounting & Finance
Students with strong academic progress, measured by the number of credits earned (120+ credits)
Students who are eligible for the Erasmus+ programme

Students are required to submit an online application (sent by email to enrolled students) to the International Study Office by September 30
The course is a joint offering for TRALI and INTBBA students
A 50% quota will be applied in the selection process for TRALI/INTBBA students
