Intro
After completing this course, you will understand the central role of Management accounting as part of the company's management system.
During the studies, we will learn different ways of producing essential information for the decision-making for the management of the company, taking into account sustainable development and utilizing the basic principles of service design, where applicable.
The aim of the course is to bring together the most important competences in management accounting, which will benefit both the future expert/service professional in the topic and the student focusing on other orientations.
During the course, you will learn the basics of financial communication and how you will be able to communicate more efficiently, taking into account the different stakeholders of the company.

Book Horngren’s Financial & Managerial Accounting. seventh edition. This book will be available as ebook. From the library also you can read Managerial Accounting, forth edition by Karen Wilen Braun and Wendy M. Tietz
