An enrolled student can apply for recognition of prior learning (RPL). S/he must demonstrate suitable competence in at least three of the five learning objectives, which has been acquired through active participation in a related project or during job. In addition, an RPL applicant must present a business idea surrounding the application of IoT/IIoT in a business. The presentation and material shall be assessed.

Intro

This course is for you if you have an interest in the business potential and opportunities that arise from new waves of technologies expanding the boundaries of traditional business landscapes especially with the Internet of Things (IoT) having connected devices or the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) enabling smart manufacturing. This course offers a comprehensive view into the business implications of Internet of Things (IoT) and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). The main goal of the course is to enable students learn and identify the role of new technologies in modern day business world with special focus on commercial, operational, managerial, and strategic perspectives.
