Intro
User Experience (UX) is a crucial component in the operation of all systems, especially digital systems. A good UX will make users convert to using systems, while a bad UX will drive them away from systems that could otherwise be total successes. In the digital world, UX is even more important than in the physical world, because everything works via the user interface. This course concentrates on what UX is, how it is measured, and how to design the user experience so that users will enjoy using it. This course is aimed at everyone who wants to learn the importance of good UX design and see how a good user experience is created.
