Implementation methods, demonstration and Work&Study
Course is a combination of class room lectures, independent study, projects, small group exercises and virtual learning.
The assessment of one’s own learning is an obligatory part of the course.
If students have acquired the required competence in previous work tasks, recreational activities or on another course, they can show their competence via a demonstration and thus progress faster through their studies. More information and instructions for recognizing and validating prior learning (RPL) are available at

Intro
Marketing today is not so much about organisations, products or services as it is about people. In a nutshell that is what H2H marketing is about.
Humanizing your marketing builds trust and affects into people’s emotions. But how to do it? Enroll in the H2H Communications course to find out. During the course, you will find new human and customer-driven perspectives to marketing communications at both tactical and strategic level, enabling you to reach your target audiences better.

Teaching methods and instruction
Participation:
Participation to all workshops is not mandatory but highly recommended and active contribution on will have a positive impact on the course grade (see assignments). As this is a contact course, video materials will not be available, but the presentation materials shared by the teacher in workshops and other written materials will in Moodle.
Pedagogy:
A collaborative learning approach is applied where learning happens
a) in workshops together
b) in smaller teams
c) individually
The course is very interactive in nature and the workshops on 12.09.2023-31.10.23 at 17:40 - 20:30 all have a following structure:
Introduction to the theme
Team / individual practice
Feedback and reflection
Note that students need to allocate time for individual / team studies on a weekly basis as this 5 credit course only has approximately 20 hours of "teaching".

Learning assignments
Details will be shared in Moodle and in the course Kick Off .
Course assignments and grading will be as follows (max 100 p):
Exam max 40 p, H2H analysis / presentation max 30 p, workshops in Pasila max 30 p + 2 Extra Assignments each max 15 p.
The extra assignments are optional to compensate for lack of participation to workshops/teamwork.
