Intro
Chinese is the most spoken language in the world, with extensive use in regions such as China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia. The Chinese written language (??) is not only used in Chinese but also in Japanese, as well as in ancient Korea. In fact, about 65% of modern Korean words originate from Chinese as well.
China has now evolved into a technological powerhouse with a huge market. It already holds the No. 1 position in the world in terms of national GDP by Purchasing Power Parity (PPP). Now more than ever, learning Chinese and knowing Chinese culture will provide a significant competitive edge for your future career.
