Implementation methods, demonstration and Work&Study
To redesign a prototype of a new service concept or a service moment which is desirable from customers' viewpoint.
Intro
With the help of various service design tools we can better consider customers' viewpoint and understand users' behaviours. During the service design and branding course you become concretely acquianted with the holistic service design process by redesigning a service or product which you can choose by yourself.
