You will explore various scenario settings, assumptions and frameworks to position a firm in its market place. By active participation, you should be able to identify business opportunities through user research and analytics. In addition, by creating a Pricing Strategy frame, you will develop ideas into concepts and products, and have built up skills for applying general revenue management principles for business development.
