Intro
Development belongs to each and every one in the organizations. During this course you will learn the basics of research and development methods. You will also learn about scientific research methods and tools for ideation, innovation and development. The primary aim is not to turn you in to professional researcher - but you will learn how to create surveys, recognize different types of interviews and how to analyze the data you have gathered. After completing this course, you will be able to apply your new skills in working life situations as well as start your thesis in Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences.

The course is completed by carrying out thematic assignments and examinations, as well as a more extensive integrative assignment. There is no final examination, nor an opportunity for resits.
