Intro
The airline operations and management include considerations from key internal stakeholder aspects. This course will develop your ability to link cooperation aspects between key business units, and help you to recognise the importance of cooperation and information flow, avoiding silo thinking pitfalls. After successfully finalising the course, you walk away with ability for strategic evaluation, critical thinking, and a mindset for business approach assessment.
