If students have acquired the required competence in previous work tasks, recreational activities or on another course, they can show the competence with a demonstration and progress faster through their studies. Assessment methods

Assessment criteria - grade 1
The student cannot define in theory and/or in practice customer understanding patterns. S/he is not able to understand the fundamentals of marketing as a whole and use different sales and marketing methods fluently. The student is poorly participating into the group works and project planning, implementation and evaluation. The student displays moderate customer oriented mindset but is not able to develop business in a responsible manner smoothly. The student is struggling to work independently or in a team as an equal member.

Assessment criteria - grade 5
The student can define in theory and in practice customer understanding patterns. S/he can understand marketing as a whole and use different sales and marketing methods. The student participates proactively and purposefully way in the group works and project planning, implementation, and evaluation. The student displays an excellent customer-oriented mindset and is able to develop business in a responsible manner smoothly. The student has great self-determine skills and is able to work efficiently in a team and independently.
