Upon successful completion of the course or possessing equivalent know-how the student
- understands the role of business processes and BPM in the business
environment
- is familiar with general business process development principles
- can identify, analyze and design business processes and can use modeling techniques in business analysis and IT-development projects.
- is acquainted with some business processes in integrated systems (ERP)
- gains at least fundamental skills in one leading RPA environment
This implementation has class sessions but no mandatory presence. Students can select to do the traditional analysis project as part of a team or an individual (team) RPA project with Microsoft Power Automate Desktop.
Compared to earlier curriculum the following changes are applied:
- Exam is now 30% instead of 40%, Project 40% instead of 30%
- the role of BPMN modeling is decreased
- Robotic Process Automation with Microsoft Power Automate Desktop
- Team analysis project stands but students can also decide to do a RPA project either
individually or in a team
- assignment setup reviewed and updated
- assessment scale reviewed and updated

When the implementation type of the course is contact, online or blended it is required that the student is present during those teaching hours that are marked in the study schedule. If you are absent more than 25 %, your grade will be lowered by one. If you are absent more than 50 %, the course is failed.
