This contact course has weekly classes where students are expected to participate and contribute to collective learning actively. Weekly classes and learning assignments support learning.
The library has several books on organizational behavior and well-being at work, each providing basic concepts to understand organizational behavior and work well-being. In addition, the teacher gives recommendations to students for study material. Students are also expected to rely on research articles in their assignments to gain experience in reading them. Recommendations for readings are in Moodle.
Students are recommended to reflect the course material on their experiences at work and other organizational settings. By doing this, students gain an understanding of organizational behavior and well-being at work.

Pre-assignment: students have to do a short pre-assignment before the course begins. It is a requirement for having a place in the course. Students must also be present at the first class to keep their place in the course. This course has two assignments to support students’ learning. Students write weekly a reflective learning diary in which they apply the concepts and models introduced in the class to their experiences. This course also has a group assignment in which students solve a real question/issue related to organizational behavior and well-being at work. Moreover, learning occurs in interaction with others, and students are expected to contribute to collective learning, which is a requirement for higher course grades.
