In this course, previous documented ERP experience is needed for Recognition of learning.
Intro
On this course, it is possible to get familiar with business processes with the most used ERP-system.
Enterprise Resource Systems are in central role with both large and smaller enterprises. After the completion of this course, you can use SAP ERP system in handling orders, deliveries, invoices, warehouse functions and accounting.
Materials
All learning materials will be provided through Moodle learning environment. SAP S/4 ERP system is used as platform for practical assignments.
Recommended literature: Integrated Business Processes with ERP Systems, Magal & Word (2011)
Teaching methods and instruction
Contact hours with ERP system assignments and process modelling, theory/practical test, possible guest lectures.
It is required that the student is present during those teaching hours that are marked in the study schedule. If you are absent more than 25%, your grade will be lowered by one. If you are absent more than 50%, the course is failed.

SAP is global ERP market leader used by big international companies. Some guest lectures could be arranged.

Online test is executed during standard class times. No traditional exam/re-exams.

Completion alternatives
RPL (Recognition for Prior Learning) can be considered. Student should be able to provide proof of his/her work experience or/and certificates about ERP experience.
Learning assignments
All case studies and tests are individual work for student. There are several ERP case studies (assignments) which must be completed individually in given schedule. These case covers various operational areas of global business processes such as procurement, sales & distribution and finance.
Assessment methods
Completion of compulsory individual case studies and assignments.
40% is needed for passing the course.
