Meetings with project partners, team work with the assignments, presentations in group and for the commissioning party, reporting of the results.

Teaching methods and instruction

Contact hours 60-70 h, including team work with the assignment, workshop and consultation sessions and presentation session.
Self-study 60-70 h, including independent work with the assignment, other possible team co-operation, making the presentation, writing the team report.

The course is based on cooperation with the commissioning party and in cooperation with other local companies and organizations.

Completion alternatives

Student having experience of a similar project related to the management orientation can possibly replace the course by proving the required knowledge by writing a case of that specific project with supporting portfolio and presenting it to the instructor and students of the course. If a student would like to proceed according to the RPL process s(he) should contact the instructor of the course during the pre-enrolment week or latest when attending the first lecture.

HRM Project as a teamwork for a commissioning company/organization(s).

Team work and peer team work
The HRM Project covers information retrieval, theoretical and empirical part, ideation and development work/proposals for a company/companies.
Final Project Report (according to HH's official reporting guidelines) and Final presentation (free format).
Project team plan and report.

Assessment methods

Attendance and commitment to the project, mandatory attendance ~70 % of the classroom and agreed consultation meetings.
Team assignment and active participation 100 %.
Individual absenteeism or delay with the returns can lower the grade.
