Assignment 1 Team-task analysis and performance management planning: Students, in project teams or on a given case, analyse their tasks and objectives, design and plan individual performance expectations in the form of rubric. The first workshop will be arranged in class to be completed independently. (10.3.) Assignment 2 Students in teams of 2-3 study the 6-10 motivational theories, choose 2 theories to use as the framework for a qualitative (semi-structured or structured interview) research in a selected topic, conduct 3 interviews each (6 in total) with the relevant sources/target group. Pairs share their results in the class. Objective of the research is to find out what motivates people and to define strategies for increasing motivation for different contexts. Research framework includes: - Research problem, objectives - Research questions - Theoretical framework - Methodology and data collection - Results - Conclusions and contextual suggestions There is no separate report, presentations with references are submitted for reporting. Exam: Students all will complete an exam (Moodle) during a week to be announced later. Exam is in the form of a multiple-choice quiz, and it is compulsory to pass the exam (with minimum score of 10/20).
