    Learning objectives
    Is able to identify the technological solutions used in tourism and the actors who provide them. Can evaluate the usability and benefits of different technologies in the tourism business and in creating a competitive advantage. Is able to identify trends related to tourism technology and evaluate their importance in business.
    Contents
    Identifying new technology trends and their role in developing innovative experiences and creating a competitive advantage for the business. Robotics in tourism and new innovations. Identification of distribution channels and their usability. Factors affecting channel management and preparation of a distribution channel map.
    Assessment criteria
    Assessment criteria - grade 1
    When the implementation type of the course is CONTACT, ONLINE or BLENDED it is required that the student is present during those teaching hours that are marked in the study schedule. If you are absent more than 25 %, your grade will be lowered by one. If you are absent more than 50 %, the course is failed.

    Can name the technological solutions used in tourism and the actors who provide them. Identifies tourism distribution channels. The student will name some trends related to tourism technologies.
    Assessment criteria - grade 3
    In addition to the above, he / she is able to apply the technological solutions used in the business of a travel company and in the development of experiences. Can create a company's distribution channel map.
    Assessment criteria - grade 5
    In addition to the above, is able to analyze and develop technological solutions by utilizing experience products and evaluate their significance for the customer experience and business success.
