Lectures between 26.8 and 2.12.
Implementation methods, demonstration and Work&Study
Depending on the implementation, learning takes place in contact lessons, independent studies, teamwork and online-studies. The course includes the assessment of one’s own learning.
The remote learning sessions will be based on e-learning assignments. Students will build their own course portfolio by utilising their own experience and course material.
Recognition of prior learning (RPL)
If students have acquired the required competence in previous work tasks, recreational activities or on another course, they can show their competence via a demonstration. The demonstration must be agreed with the course teacher. Intro
After this course student will have a good understanding of different frameworks and methods that are being largely used in companies. The course will have visiting speakers from different organisations sharing their methods and practices when developing and maintaining ICT systems.

Material based on topical articles and books. Business Technology standard
Teaching methods and instruction
The course consists of 5 classroom lectures and individual assignments (essays on given topics). Four visiting professionals will share their insight and experience in ICT Service Management during the course.
