    The content of the course is designed to help the student reach all the learning objectives 1, 2 and 3.

    - The student demonstrates excellent skills in perceiving how top management teams work successfully.
    - The student shows excellent skills in analyzing and explaining heuristics problems of top management team´s decision making.

    Teaching methods and instruction

    This implementation is a self guided virtual course.
    -No mandatory meetings.
    -No group work.
    -The student can work with the assignments in her/his own time and pace.
    The course requires a lot of self guided working. Online support is offered during the course.

    Working life connections

    The learning themes of the implementation are formed based on top management/CEO interviews of Finnish companies from various sectors. Student's own work life cases and experiences can be utilized in the assignments.
