The themes of the module are 1) basic language studies in oral and written Spanish: expressing likes, describing persons, speaking about habits, time, food, restaurant, description of places, asking and giving directions, and 2) Latin American business operational environment and business culture, areal differences and trade relations. The language studies are carried out by studying the book (see course material). There are home work assignments for every week. The language contents are tested in two written exams (see exams). The culture studies are carried out by group work. Each group chooses a Latin-American country and makes six presentations on different topics on it. The presentations are prepared outside classes and presented ever other week in the class.
