After having participated in this NBF Group Leader course, the student will be able to:
- contribute to the customer experience of a large-scale international event through various service functions and in Group leading role
- demonstrate skills to create an excellent and unique customer experience as a Group Leader.
- comprehend the elements and rules of teamwork as well as team building practices and be able to show the learning process compared to the basic team member role.
- perform customer service in English
The project consists of training sessions, participating the event in Group Leader role and wrap-up (and feedback session) and a reflection report after the event.
