There may be some exam style assessments and more details will be provided when the module starts. Re-exams can be arranged during the module implementation, but must be agreed with the relevant teacher.

The module requires active participation and compulsory attendance of the student.
The module consists of three parts:
-Intensive Camp Week (5 days) in the beginning of the semester, 30 %

RECOGNISING AND VALIDATING PRIOR LEARNING (RPL)
If students have acquired the required competence in previous work tasks, recreational activities or in other studies, they can show the competence with a demonstration and progress faster through their studies. More information and instructions for recognising and validating prior learning (RPL) are available at MyNet.
Students give feedback to the module in the end of the module via an electronic form. The feedback is taken into consideration when updating the module and when planning the following implementations.

The assessment of the module:
1) Intensive Camp Week 30 %:
-activity: if the student is absent from a session, the absence will lower the final grade of the Camp Week grade by one. If the student is absent from more than three activities during the Camp Week, the week will be failed.
-exam: there is a moodle exam in the end of the Camp Week, on Friday August 23. The exam is assessed on a scale from 1-5. If the student scores less than 50 % correct answers, the exam is failed. The exam can be redone twice in the following times:
Thursday August 29 at 9.00 and Thursday September 12 at 9.00. Enroll to the re-exams is done by sending e-mail to Maria Ruohtula.
2) ICT-Tools assignment 35%:
• Excel Exam (graded 1-5)
• Data Analysis & survey’s (pass/fail)
• Webropol survey task (pass/fail)
