You demonstrate a good understanding of key leadership theories and models, and you can apply them to simple situations. You show the ability to self-assess and identify areas for improvement in your personal leadership style. You engage with the learning materials and use them to achieve the course objectives.

You demonstrate a deep understanding of key leadership theories and models. You are able to apply them to complex, nuanced real-world or hypothetical situations in an insightful way. You demonstrate thorough and insightful self-assessment of your personal leadership style. You show deep and extensive engagement with the learning materials.
