Intro

In this course you will be offered the opportunity to acquire Alcohol Passport. It is compulsory part of the hospitality curriculum and ensures that you can practically apply the laws and other rules related to alcohol service. Employers require Alcohol passport from all employees who work in restaurant service. Haaga-Helia offers hospitality students to complete the Alcohol passport for free of charge as part of their studies.

The alcohol passport is valid in Finland and the course focuses on Finnish alcohol legislation and serving practices.

Completion alternatives

If the student has already completed the Alcohol Pass, the completion is marked as approved by presenting the document at the student office (the office on their own campus).
