The grade for the planning phase is reduced, if you do not attend the feedback meeting on zoom (0) or you attend the meeting without sending the plan for review beforehand (-2).

Your attendance for the whole academic year must be 80% or better.
- If your attendance is below 80% but above 60%, you must complete a replacement task. Below 60% is immediate fail.
- All your plans and materials must be uploaded in correct format.
- Absence for duties in national team, Pohjola-camp, IIHF or national federation education programs will not influence your attendance. Notify theresponsible instructors in advance!

After having completed this course of attained an equivalent competence level, the student:
- Knows how to plan, implement and evaluate effective evidence-based strength and conditioning training sessions.
- Develop an understanding of the theoretical and practical underpinnings of delivering strength and conditioning sessions and apply this knowledge by leading and supporting practical situations with athletes.
- Knows how to plan, implement and evaluate effective evidence-based athlete assessment and testing sessions.

When the implementation type of the course is contact, online or blended it is required that the student is present during those teaching hours that are marked in the study schedule. If you are absent more than 25 %, your grade will be lowered by one. If you are absent more than 50 %, the course is failed.
