How can diversity be used to create and maintain a positive organizational culture? In this course, you will learn how human resource management processes are used to ensure that all employees feel valued and included. You recognise the strengths and expectations of different generation and cultural groups in the workplace. In addition, you will consider practices for integrating external workforce into the company's organizational culture. Join us to explore how diversity management can engage employees in creating a more competitive business!
Starting level and linkage with other courses
This course unit is part of the master's degree's curriculum. Completion of the course requires master's study entitlement.
Assessment criteria
Assessment criteria - grade 1
When the implementation type of the course is CONTACT, ONLINE or BLENDED it is required that the student is present during those teaching hours that are marked in the study schedule. If you are absent more than 25 %, your grade will be lowered by one. If you are absent more than 50 %, the course is failed.
