Ever changing business environment challenges companies in the experience economy. Anticipating the future trends and new business opportunities the companies are able to reach remarkable competitive edge. This requires strategic thinking and strategic planning that based on fact and figures and business analyses. Participative strategy work engages employees to get a strategy into action. During the course, you will get tools to strategic planning and the basic skills of strategic management in the experience econo

When the implementation type of the course is contact, online or blended it is required that the student is present during those teaching hours that are marked in the study schedule. If you are absent more than 25%, your grade will be lowered by one. If you are absent more than 50%, the course is failed.
