coach. This module introduces you to coaching-based leadership and helps you to understand social interaction within teams and organizations. You will learn effective communication techniques to facilitate personal and professional growth and performance.

Assessment criteria - grade 1
Understands the basics of coaching-based leadership and the importance of communication and feedback in team leadership.
Assessment criteria - grade 3
Can apply the basic tools and techniques of coaching-based leadership. Is able to communicate in workplace and ask and give feedback.
Assessment criteria - grade 5
Is able to analyse leadership situations and apply coaching-based leadership tools and techniques to enhance inclusion as well as individual and team development.
Assessment criteria, approved/failed
The course is evaluated on a scale (0-5):
excellent (5), very good (4), good (3), satisfactory (2), fair (1), fail (0).
The assessment criteria is presented on a scale 1 - 3 - 5.
