in this course, we are working towards level B1 of the Italian language. Before starting this course you should have achieved an A2 level in Italian.

The course will teach the basic grammatical structures and vocabulary, as well as practice listening and reading comprehension and speech production in simple everyday communication situations. The course also introduces students to the culture and customs of the language area. Target level B1.1 of the European Framework of Reference for Languages.

Coping with everyday situations:
-talking about clothing and fashion
-visiting a bank, a post office and a police station
-problems with health
-talking about past events.
-Getting to know Italian culture

The course is not contact-based and is taught independently with the help of Ulysseus Moodle resources and guidelines.

Italian Intermediate 1 covers a broad range of topics to help you to cope in versatile situations in Italian.

This course is aimed at students who already have achieved A2 level in Italian. During the course we are working towards level B1.
