The course starts with a week of daily coaching lectures, running from Monday to Thursday (14.-17.10.2024). After the intensive week, the course will proceed according to the course schedule.
This is a CONTACT implementation and the lectures are held at the Pasila Campus. You are expected to attend lectures regularly. If you have existing knowledge in this area, you may showcase your skills through a recognition of prior learning (RPL).

During the course, we will explore multicultural leadership within various management frameworks. The course materials and assignments reflect global perspectives, enriched by the diverse experiences of your fellow students.
14.10.2024 - 13.12.2024
In this course, you will engage in both independent and group assignments. The weight of each assignment varies and contributes differently to your final course grade. Active participation in lectures is required to achieve a good grade. 1. Independent assignment: Coaching report, mandatory, contributes 35% to your final grade. 2. Independent assignment: Leadership skills report, mandatory, contributes 35% to your final grade. 3. Team assignment: Mandatory, contributes 30% to your final grade. To pass the course, you must achieve at least a grade of 1 in assignments 1, 2, and 3.

The course schedule, including the timetables and content of the lectures as well as the deadlines for submitting learning assignments, can be found on the course's Moodle. This will be accessible at the latest on the first day of the course.
This course can also be completed by demonstrating your competence. Before attempting the demonstration, please review the study guide. Compare your own skills and knowledge with the learning objectives specified in the study guide. Through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), you will show your existing competence that aligns with the course's content.
