As a result of studies students are expected to demonstrate advanced skills in analyzing own and others’ development needs in leadership, make strategic plans for development of these skills, implementing leadership principles, resolving conflicts, being able to develop their organization and networks professionally. In addition students are expected to understand the nature of aviation industry and implement appropriate leadership procedures

Leading Human Resources in Aviation Business or other basic HR course is recommended to study before Leadership and Strategy in Aviation.

When the implementation type of the course is CONTACT, ONLINE or BLENDED it is required that the student is present during those teaching hours that are marked in the study schedule. If you are absent more than 25 %, your grade will be lowered by one. If you are absent more than 50 %, the course is failed.
