Student has ability to identify the change in airline industry and airline markets during the past century. Students is able to define aviation value chain and airline's main stakeholders. Student is able to distinguish diverse airline business models, partnerships and the density of partnerships. Student is able to interpret airline's basic key performance indicators.

Learning sessions are based on themes which include both group work and individual assignments, and extra articles. Alternatively the course can be accomplished by doing a book exam.

The student is able to distinguish diverse airline business models and partnerships. The student has moderate level of commitment to teamwork and contribution to outcomes. There is some recognition of challenges of the team and teamwork and suggestion for improvement in modest level. The student participates in the project planning, implementation and evaluation with a minimal input. The student is able to operate when the task and instructions are given and when aided by other students and the supervisors.

The student can well identify the changes in airline industry and airline markets during the past century. The student has clear knowledge of how airline performance is measured.
