The student can look at the tasks of human resource management through the employee's path from the employee's perspective and the workplace poorly. He/she is not able to manage the cornerstones of the company’s internal and external communications and is unable to communicate well. The student understands that motivation is important in work and can apply at some level the motivation theories in practice.

The student can look at the tasks of human resource management through the employee's path from the employee's perspective and the workplace. He/she is able to manage the cornerstones of the company’s internal and external communications and communicates well. The student also understands the importance of motivation in work and can apply motivation theories in practice. The student has a people-centred perspective and understands the importance of a good employee experience for a company's success.
