Learning objectives

Upon completion of this course, the student is expected to be able to:
-utilize Design Thinking process
-develop and strengthen entrepreneurial mindset
-think critically, make decisions, create different solutions and argument the practical value of those
-communicate and develop ideas further through discussions
-look at problems from various viewpoints when working in diverse teams and with companies and other stakeholders
-identify business opportunities and develop those into a set of sustainable solutions

-Online kick-off 3.5.2023
-Written pre-assignment to be submitted by May 19, 2023
-Five camp days in Helsinki (5.-9.6.2023)
-Learning portfolio, to be submitted by 30.6.2023

Assessment criteria - grade 1

Student demonstrates limited skills in utilizing Design Thinking process
Student demonstrates limited entrepreneurial mindset in his/her work during the camp.
Student demonstrates limited skill in critical thinking, decision making, solution creation and in argumenting the practical value of those .
Student demonstrates limited skills in communicating and developing ideas further through discussions with various stakeholders, including team members, other internal and external stakeholders.
Student demonstrates limited skill in looking at problems from various viewpoints when working in diverse teams and with companies and other stakeholders .
Student demonstrated excellent skills in identifying business opportunities and developing those into a set of sustainable solutions .
