Implementation methods, demonstration and Work&Study
1. Intensive Workshops: Intercultural communication and cultural theory through Haaga-Helia labs (Lab 8 tools, Sales lab, AI). Exploring languages and culture through digital technologies.
2. Real-world Application: A real business case, service design tools, creating new ideas/services/experiences and presenting them in a business forum meeting to a commissioner. Using agile project management techniques.
3. Cultural Immersion: Through visit and multicultural workshops.
4. Assessment: continuous assessment and a sales pitch/presentation.
