Learning objectives
This course offers you perspectives and practical tools to enhance your well-being and support a study life that suits you. You will learn how to make small sustainable changes to your daily life, how to maintain study/work ability and reflect on your development into a balanced professional.
Contents
During the course, you will create and implement a plan for your personal well-being. You will also try various well-being and physical activities and reflect on your learning independently and in small groups.
Upon completing this course, you will:
* Recognize the factors that promote and challenge your well-being in your daily life.
* Be able to make sustainable choices to strengthen your study and work readiness.
* Improve your self-reflection skills and recognize what a study/work-life balance means to you.
* Develop better peer learning skills and know how to support the learning of others.
Implementation methods, demonstration and Work&Study
The course consists of three group meetings that require attendance, preparatory tasks for the group meetings and independently completed tasks in between the meetings.
Assessment criteria, approved/failed
Pass:
The student demonstrates an understanding of the factors affecting their well-being and can apply the learned tools in practice.
The student has created a personal well-being plan according to the assignment instructions.
The student has actively participated in all group meetings and successfully completed the related tasks.
Fail:
The student does not demonstrate sufficient understanding of the factors affecting their well-being.
The student has not created a well-being plan according to the assignment instructions.
The student’s participation in the group meetings and completion of the related tasks has been insufficient.
