Intro
This European Entrepreneurship Project gives learners the opportunity to develop their European entrepreneurial skills with the support of international coaches and experts. The project course will help learners to improve their intercultural skills by working with learners from different European countries and different business backgrounds. The project is entirely in English, providing learners with language practice. Learners will develop their leadership and management skills while deepening their understanding of entrepreneurship and sustainable development. They will see how entrepreneurs and businesses play a key role in solving complex societal problems and overcoming sustainability challenges.
Learning objectives
Student is able to apply creative and critical problem-solving skills when developing entrepreneurial ideas (new products, services) in a European context.
Student is able to create, describe and evaluate a value proposition.
Student is able to communicates and justifiy the value proposition to a variety of stakeholder groups.
Student is able to develop intercultural understanding, cooperation, negotiation and conflict management skills.
Student is able to demonstrate his/her ability to manage time under pressure and tolerate uncertainty inherent in intercultural teamwork.

The project course consists of three parts:
Online precourse session
An intensive project week
Online postcourse session
Learners work in intercultural teams and create entrepreneurial ideas throguh discussions and negotiations. Coaches support teams in the creative learing process. Through the guest presentations, teams will gain more knowledge and ideas to develop their own entrepreneurial ideas. At the end of the workshop, the teams will present their ideas to the panel of experts for feedback.

No previous experience in any field is required
Assessment criteria, approved/failed
When the implementation type of the course is CONTACT, ONLINE or BLENDED it is required that the student is present during those teaching hours that are marked in the study schedule. If you are absent more than 25 %, your grade will be lowered by one. If you are absent more than 50 %, the course is failed.
