Join Employment In Finland -course and get to know Finnish labour markets and how to navigate them! During this course You will learn about Finnish job seeking process, workplace cultural aspects and You will get support in creating your CV, cover letter and LinkedIn. Most of our guest speakers will be industry experts or recruitment professionals so this is also good opportunity to start building Your professional network. This course is suitable for You if you are: just about to graduate, seeking workplacement opportunities, summer jobs or if You are just interested in the topic, welcome!

NOTE: this course is not master -level course and course can not be attached to Master’s degree. However master students are welcomed.
Assessment criteria, approved/failed
When the implementation type of the course is CONTACT, ONLINE or BLENDED it is required that the student is present during those teaching hours that are marked in the study schedule. If you are absent more than 25 %, your grade will be lowered by one. If you are absent more than 50 %, the course is failed.
Course will be assessed with approved / adjusted
To pass the course student must:
-Take part on at least 4 lectures
- Participate in CV workshop and Ending seminar
-Do 1 course task: Company visit or take part in recruitment event or professional interview / shadowing
