Learning objectives

After having completed this course or attained an equivalent competence level, the student:

-understands the meaning of cognitive control and time management
-can manage his/her time
-can plan and follow his/her studies utilizing time management skills
-understands the importance of peer support in supporting time management
-realistically plan his/her time taking well-being into account

Hyväksytty arvosana edellyttää opintojaksoon kuuluvien tehtävien suorittamista hyväksytysti.

Avaimet opiskeluun ja työelämään -opintokokonaisuuden hyväksytty suorittaminen edellyttää Johdanto opiskeluun -opintojakson (1 op) ja neljän muun osion (yht. 4 op suorituksen) hyväksyttyä suoritusta.
