Upon successful completion of this course, the student should be
- familiar with different automation capabilities and have a sound understanding how to use them in different business scenarios
- able to explain and comprehend the role of workflow and RPA in business automation
- able to describe and discuss general principles of business automation
- able to identify business automation use cases and develop standard business processes automation's
- knowledgeable to continue on learning paths towards RPA certifications

- The basic principles and concepts of business automation including RPA, workflow management and decision automation
- IBM Digital Business Automation Platform
- IBM RPA with Automation Anywhere
- IBM BlueWorkslive
