Implementation methods, demonstration and Work&Study

At the Leadership clinic, students get acquainted with the current themes of leadership work - coaching leadership, co-management and conflict management. In clinics related to teaching themes, students interactively analyze and spar with each other's current challenges in leadership work. During the implementation, the student also develops a leadership practice that promotes personal leadership work.

Recognition of prior learning (RPL)
If students have acquired the required competence in previous work tasks, recreational activities or on another course, they can show their competence via a demonstration. The demonstration must be agreed with the course teacher. Assessment criteria - grade 1

The student is partially familiar with the theoretical framework of the course.
The student can partially link the theoretical framework to a leadership practice.

Assessment criteria - grade 3

The student is familiar with the theoretical framework of the course.
The student is able to apply the theoretical framework by producing a leadership practice.

Assessment criteria - grade 5

The student demonstrates a thorough understanding of the theoretical framework of the course.
The student demonstrates exemplary ability in applying the theoretical framework to a practical leadership practice.

Further information

When the implementation type of the course is contact, online or blended it is required that the student is present during those teaching hours that are marked in the study schedule. If you are absent more than 25%, your grade will be lowered by one. If you are absent more than 50%, the course is failed.
